Our Mission

The mission of the Foundation for Community Education is to provide support for the development of Community Education in communities throughout the United States of America. This support shall come in the form of grants made directly to communities to provide for the development of Community Education programs that would link schools, families and the community to provide for the educational, cultural and social needs of their residents. Support will also be provided to organizations such as the National Community Education Association (NCEA) to assist them in providing training and technical assistance for those who are in leadership positions in state and local Community Education programs.
